Mentorship Program

Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation’s Medical College and Hospital, Ahilyanagar has a well-established mentorship programme. For every 10 students one teacher is allotted i.e. 1:10 mentor – mentee ratio. A mentorship diary is prepared for this mentorship programme where all details of mentorship programme are provided to mentee. The mentors are in the capacity of the teachers who look after the mentee till the end of programme. The mentorship in charge looks after the mentor–mentee activity who is directly connected to Dean.
