Future Plan :


1) It will be our effort to bring together disciplines beyond the medical sciences such as the basic scientists and the technologists to establish a world class research facility and program that has a translational potential to improve quality of health care. 2) To adapt latest learning innovation teaching strategies. 3) To become a center of excellence for training and research in medical physiology in collaboration with physiotherapy and Nursing specialty. 4) To establish Autonomic function lab, clinical electro physiology lab, Exercise physiology lab, Genetic Karyotyping lab, Yoga research lab to facilitate the multi-disciplinary patient care. 5) Conduct research projects for community mainly school children’s in relation to psychological and motor skills. 6) To train the community especially college students and non-medical persons for life saving first aid like Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and artificial respiration.

1) The Physiology department is dedicated to working with local community through our outreach efforts. 

We to raise awareness about health & disease

 

a. By arranging pulmonary function testing like spirometry for old age home vilad Ghat Ahilyanagar.

b. Health checkup camp\' at Vikhe Patil junior college along with teaching them about human physiology.

c. First aid training programme for students of Vikhe Patil junior college vilad ghat Ahilyanagar for training about CPR.

d. To raise the awareness about CPR 1st MBBS Students of 2021-22 and 2022-23 batch (400 students) trained their family members and relatives for CPR.So we trained more than 400 families for CPR.

e. To raise the awareness about CPR in non-teaching female staff of DVVPFS medical college arranged training session on CPR.

 

2) Arranged health and awareness programme for sex workers in the area around shevgaon, Ahilyanagar.

iii) High standard of teaching & evaluation.
